I grew up on the beautiful North Norfolk coast that has now become the subject and inspiration for most of my paintings. I love trying to capture light, wide expanses of sky and the sea. I currently live in the Docklands, East London which has a much more industrial backdrop with the Docks and the Thames providing me with a more urban kind of inspiration.
